Description
On what should be a routine rescue mission during World War II, the submarine USS Tiger Shark picks up three survivors of a U-boat attack. As the crew is trapped together in the sub’s narrow corridors and constricted spaces, bizarre and frightening events begin to transpire. In a suspense-fueled race for survival, they must figure out the submarine’s past before it’s too late to resurface alive. Hauntingly directed by David Twohy (Pitch Black) and co-written by Darren Aronofsky (Requiem for a Dream), Below is a harrowing, otherworldly excursion into undersea terror. The superb cast includes Olivia Williams (The Sixth Sense), Bruce Greenwood (Rules of Engagement), Matthew Davis (Blue Crush) and Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover).
